SUMMARY:Wild About Health – Stroller Strides
DESCRIPTION:Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. However, dads and grandparents can participate, too! Each workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. A great way to work out and explore the Zoo afterwards! Surprise animal encounter starts at 10:15 a.m.!\nAge requirement: This class is designed for moms with a child in their stroller. Kids must remain in their stroller for the duration of the class. School Aged kids are welcome to join but they must be able to sit next to mom or in a designated big kid spot during class; this workout is for mom not for the kids\nRestrictions: This class utilized the strength of upper and lower body strength, particularly the core. Guests must complete a liability waiver prior to participation.\nClass Size: Class is limited to 30 guests\nEquipment required: This class is outdoors so dress accordingly. Guests are encouraged to bring a hand towel and water bottle.\nPrice: $30.00* per person ($18.00 for members). *Includes price of Zoo admission\n
