1. Teriyaki Shrimp and Avocado Bowl

This bowl is at the top of our list and for good reason. After all, this is a gluten free favorite with amazing flavoring. It’s filled with organic brown rice, bok choy, carrot, cauliflower, snap pea, and shiitake mushrooms and the teriyaki shrimp is delicious.

2. Chicken Enchilada Bowl

If you have a craving for Latin food, this bowl is the perfect way to satisfy your palate. This bowl features a delicious mix of guajillo chile, smoked Gouda, poblano crema, organic black beans, roasted corn, and avocado.

Every restaurant has a classic dish, and this is a Flower Child’s and it’s an Oklahoma City favorite!  Filled with brussel sprouts, arugula, organic kale, candied pecan, ricotta salata, cranberry, puffed wild rice, and sherry dressing. We love that you can keep this vegan or add your protein of choice.
